Dads Share Advice on Managing Anger

Live Webinar / Thurs., Aug 12, 2021 / 8-9 p.m. EST

Join two PEP Parent Educator Dads to discuss what every parent struggles with: losing their temper. Rather than staying stuck in well-worn patterns of conflict with our children, we can take a step back to examine what makes us angry and realize other options we have to respond more constructively.
Through a mixture of stories, parenting tools, and a good dose of humor, the presenters provide an honest, genuine picture of the challenges and rewards of parenting based on strong parent-child relationships. Join us to learn steps to:
  • help identify the cause of your anger
  • choose a response that avoids making the situation worse
  • focus on solutions that foster collaboration rather than conflict
Bring your thoughts and questions for an interactive discussion. Registration includes video/audio recordings and handouts.

"I enjoyed the program. I really liked hearing the strategies and then a real life scenario that actually pertained to me and how to step-by-step use the strategy to solve the problem."

"I liked it! It's not always easy to attend classes in-person, so the online class is very convenient and conducive for both parents to participate."
