Emotion Coaching
Teaching Self-Regulation Through Problem Solving
Children’s crying, screaming, fearfulness, and anger are big challenges for parents. When children express big feelings like anger, sadness, frustration, and fear, they become quickly overwhelmed--and so do we! Children will often lash out with temper tantrums and rebellion.
In this workshop you'll learn how to:
- Pay attention to feelings
- Express empathy
- Allow your child to solve their own problem
With emotion coaching, you can help your child learn to calm down, handle stress, and become a better problem solver.
