PEP Commitment to Online Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff or volunteers designated to handle online enquiries, purchases or complaints. All PEP agents and contractors with access to personal information obtained on the PEP web site are also bound to adhere to this policy.

Use of Third-Party Online Platforms

PEP uses third party online platforms to deliver and store its programs. When delivering programs, PEP uses platforms that enable effective program delivery. When recording programs, PEP afterwards downloads the recording to password-protected storage space.

Personal Information that PEP May Collect Online
When an individual makes a purchase or enrolls in a program with PEP online, PEP may collect the following types of personal information: name, age, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers,and billing information. PEP may also collect other demographic or psychographic information through member surveys and program participation with their consent. PEP is a tax-exempt, not for profit organization that relies on individual contributions to fund operations and directly solicits users of its services for this purpose. PEP will provide its users with the opportunity to opt out of receiving various communications and solicitations. Election boxes appear as part of individual communications and solicitations. How Your Information May Be Shared
PEP will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. PEP will not give direct access to any third party for the distribution of information or a given product or service offer, without being coordinated through PEP.

PEP may also release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities under the following circumstances:
