What Do I Do First?
A Free Introduction to Parenting Preschoolers
Young children have their own preferences and opinions (different from yours), they can destroy all peace and reasonable functioning, and they refuse to do as they’re told. How do you get a preschooler to listen to you, without yelling or punishing? In this short 30-minute introductory workshop, you'll learn an action plan to improve your life right now and begin to lay a foundation of encouragement for the years ahead. The journey to positive parenting starts here.

"Very helpful webinar! Thank you for offering it! Practical tools and helps bring mindfulness to parenting. Loved the discussion on age approprIate behavior. The way the information was presented was so useful and easy to digest; the role plays and examples really helped illustrate the points. So relatable! I hope to attend a PEP class in person soon to dive deeper and I appreciate the webinars- they are very convenient."
