Live Webinar Thursday, June 26 | 8 - 9 pm ET.

During the summer break, families adjust to new schedules and daily rhythms in the household.

Bedtime, screens, and everyday routines can feel more relaxed at times, or fast-changing from a new camp one week to travelling the next -- all leading to potential conflicts over setting and upholding limits.

Families still need to cooperate together at home, manage screen time, get enough sleep, and treat each other with respect.

When limits are ignored, parents often try to exert more control. That usually means barking orders at our kids and partners at home. Our attempts to control things can actually lead to more disconnection and discord — the opposite of what we ultimately want.

How do we know what limits to uphold and what limits to relax? Join us to learn how to let go of what is not serving our families and set firm and friendly limits around those things that do really matter.

Registration includes access to the live webinar, video/audio recordings, a PDF of the slide deck and links to resources.
