Kids & Anxiety: Helping Kids Build Courage

For parents of children ages 5 and up.

Life can feel overwhelming for kids: busy family schedules, academic pressure, social interactions, expressing their genuine selves, finding the confidence to face a new experience, or feeling daunted by the world around them. Social media and the allure of phones have a powerful impact on their anxiety, too.

How can parents support their children experiencing anxiety?

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • Ways to tune in to your child's anxiety
  • Methods to find calm for both you and your child
  • Strategies for parents to stay positive and focused on providing guidance for your child

Registration includes access to the live webinar, handouts, and audio/video recordings.
